^Lot 800 Ruger M77 Mark II .220 Swift #781-47255

American made bolt action rifle chambered in .220 Swift manufactured circa 1993 in Southport, CT. It features stainless steel construction, an approximately 26" stainless barrel with recessed crown, in-the-white bolt with a turned down bolt handle, no provisions for sights, hinged floorplate, wide forend, three position side-swing safety, Mauser style bolt release, smooth curved trigger, and scalloped dovetails on receiver for scope mounting. The furniture consists of a semi-pistol grip brown & tan laminate stock that is smooth at the wrist and forend, sling swivel studs in forearm and buttstock, and factory solid rubber recoil pad. The blued receiver, trigger guard, and floorplate retain approximately 97% of their finish with minor scratches on the trigger guard, and other superficial blemishes. The barrel finish is near excellent with very minor scratches. The bore is bright with strong rifling, and the action is smooth and crisp. The wood stock is very good showing scattered handling marks likely from storage, and they are mostly dents with a couple light scrapes.
